(1) A person shall submit to the Chief District Officer the prescribed fee and the prescribed format for obtaining a license under this Act.

(2) Under sub-section (1). After someone's application has been filed, the chief district officer, after examining the necessary requirements as prescribed, if he considers it necessary to grant a license to work as written in the application, he may grant the applicant a license of the prescribed format subject to the prescribed conditions.

(3) Subsection (2) The duration of each license granted and the manner, place and renewal fee for renewal shall be as prescribed.
